About This Group
The NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group in Fort Collins is a free, peer-led support group for adults (18+) living with mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, and more. Led by trained facilitators with their own lived experience of recovery, this group provides a safe, confidential space where participants can share experiences, learn coping strategies, and find encouragement from others who truly understand.
What to Expect
Each session follows NAMI’s structured format and lasts approximately 90 minutes. Participants are welcome to share as much or as little as they feel comfortable with — there is no pressure to speak. The group is limited to ensure a close, supportive environment. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been managing a condition for years, you are welcome here.
