We are a directory and communication platform only. We do not provide, endorse, recommend, or supervise any therapy, counseling, medical, or mental health services. Providers with active memberships may also have access to anonymized group requests submitted by Group Seekers in their service area, allowing them to identify community needs and offer relevant services.

2. Not a Healthcare Provider

My Therapy Groups is not a healthcare provider, licensed therapist, medical facility, or mental health service. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide any form of healthcare. The information on the Site, including listing descriptions, provider profiles, and reviews, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, mental health advice, or a recommendation for any particular provider or service.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Site, you must create an account. 4. Provider Responsibilities

Providers who list groups on the Site represent and warrant that:

• All information provided in their listings is accurate, current, and not misleading.
• They hold all necessary licenses, certifications, and credentials required by applicable law to provide the services described in their listings.
• They are solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and appropriateness of their services.
• They will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• They will maintain appropriate professional liability insurance.

We do not verify provider credentials, licenses, or the accuracy of listing information. Listing on our platform does not constitute our endorsement or verification of any provider.

5. Group Seeker Responsibilities

Group Seekers acknowledge and agree that:

• They are responsible for independently verifying the credentials, qualifications, and suitability of any provider or group before participating.
• Participation in any group listed on the Site is entirely at their own risk.
• The Site is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice.
• They will use the Site’s communication features respectfully and lawfully.

By submitting a group request, you understand that the general nature of your request (such as type of group and location) may be shared with registered Providers to help match you with appropriate services. Your name and contact information will not be shared with Providers without your consent.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Providers may subscribe to paid plans to access additional features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

7. Content and Conduct

You are responsible for all content you post, upload, or transmit through the Site, including listing information, messages, reviews, and profile details. You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent.
• Infringes on any third party’s intellectual property or privacy rights.

8. Reviews

Users may submit reviews of groups and providers. Reviews must reflect genuine personal experiences and must not contain false statements, personal attacks, or confidential information about other group participants. We moderate reviews but do not verify their accuracy. Providers may respond to reviews. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site that is not user-submitted, including the My Therapy Groups name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software, is the property of My Therapy Groups or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

By submitting content to the Site (including listings, reviews, photos, and messages), you grant My Therapy Groups a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
