Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. If you cancel mid-cycle, your listings stay live until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
What counts as a listing?
A listing is one therapy group profile in the directory. If you run three different groups (for example, an anxiety group, a grief group, and a women’s support group), that’s three listings, even if you facilitate all of them.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can change plans anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What is a featured listing?
Featured listings appear at the top of relevant search results with a highlighted badge, making your group one of the first things people see when browsing the directory. Providers with featured listings get significantly more profile views. Group Practice plans include 1 featured listing slot, Premium Practice plans include 3.
Do you take a percentage of bookings or session fees?
No. We are a directory, not a marketplace. You pay a flat monthly or annual subscription, and you keep 100% of what your clients pay you. We never touch your session fees or bookings.
Are there any setup fees or contracts?
No setup fees, ever. No long-term contracts. Monthly plans are month-to-month, and annual plans bill once a year at a 20% discount.
Is the analytics dashboard live?
Yes. Every paid plan includes listing analytics in your provider dashboard: views and contact actions for each listing, updated as they happen. Premium Practice adds category rankings, a monthly insight summary, and a monthly performance email that includes what seekers searched for across the directory.
How does the Community plan work?
The Community plan is for nonprofit organizations, peer-led groups, and other no-cost community programs. Sign up for the free plan and submit your group like any other listing. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live, so we’ll confirm your group fits the Community program at that step. No separate application needed.
My Therapy Groups is a directory. Group leaders write, update, and curate their own listings. We don’t vet, supervise, or endorse them. We’re not a clinic, and we don’t guarantee outcomes.
