Nonprofits, peer-led groups, and verified no-cost community programs can list with us at no charge. We believe access to support shouldn't depend on a budget.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. If you cancel mid-cycle, your listings stay live until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
A listing is one therapy group profile in the directory. If you run three different groups (for example, an anxiety group, a grief group, and a women's support group), that's three listings, even if you facilitate all of them.
Absolutely. You can change plans anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Featured listings appear at the top of relevant search results with a highlighted badge, getting significantly more visibility from people browsing the directory. Group Practice plans include 1 featured listing, Organization plans include 3.
No. We are a directory, not a marketplace. You pay a flat monthly or annual subscription, and you keep 100% of what your clients pay you. We never touch your session fees or bookings.
No setup fees, ever. No long-term contracts. Monthly plans are month-to-month, and annual plans bill once a year at a 20% discount.
The Community plan is for nonprofit organizations, peer-led groups, and other no-cost community programs. Sign up for the free plan and submit your group like any other listing. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live, so we'll confirm your group fits the Community program at that step. No separate application needed.
