What to Expect

Monthly meetings provide a safe, confidential environment where bereaved family members can share their feelings, memories, and coping experiences with others who truly understand their loss. Meetings are peer-facilitated by other bereaved parents. There is no pressure to speak — you are welcome to simply listen. Many members find comfort in knowing they are not alone in their grief journey.
