You are welcome to share at your own comfort level — listening-only participation is always welcome.

This group is open to adults (18+) living with bipolar I, bipolar II, cyclothymia, or other mood-related conditions. Family members and caregivers may also benefit from attending to better understand their loved one’s experience. No formal diagnosis is required to attend.
