Postpartum Support International – Wisconsin Chapter
About This Group
Postpartum Support International’s Wisconsin Chapter provides essential support for mothers and families experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders across the state. With Wisconsin’s mix of urban and rural communities, PSI’s virtual model ensures that new and expecting parents can access support regardless of their location. Trained peer mentors who have personally recovered from perinatal mood disorders lead groups and provide one-on-one support.

What to Expect
Support groups are led by trained peer mentors — women who have personally recovered from perinatal mood disorders. Sessions include check-ins, resource sharing, and open discussion in a warm, non-judgmental environment. Virtual groups use secure video platforms, and participants can join with cameras on or off. The helpline connects callers with local providers, support groups, and resources.

All PSI support groups and helpline services are free. Confidentiality is maintained in all group settings. PSI is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to perinatal mental health awareness and treatment.
