DBSA Depression & Bipolar Support Group – Colorado Springs
About This Group
DBSA Colorado Springs is an independent nonprofit affiliate of the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance, offering 11 different peer-led support group meetings each week at four locations throughout the Colorado Springs area. Whether you are living with depression, bipolar disorder, or another mood-related condition, these groups provide a safe, confidential, and supportive environment to share experiences and learn from others who understand.
What to Expect
All meetings are facilitated by trained peer volunteers with lived experience of mood disorders. Sessions follow DBSA’s peer support model and are not group therapy — they are warm, welcoming spaces focused on mutual support and shared coping strategies. You are welcome to attend as often as you like, and there is no pressure to share. First-time visitors are always welcome.
