About This Group
DBSA Portland (Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance) provides free, peer-led support groups for individuals living with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD in the Portland metro area. With multiple weekly meetings including a dedicated LGBTQIA+ group, DBSA Portland offers a welcoming community where people can share experiences, learn coping strategies, and find hope through mutual support.
What to Expect
DBSA Portland groups are facilitated by trained peers who have personal experience with mood disorders. Meetings provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for sharing challenges, celebrating progress, and learning from one another. Groups are available throughout the week including a Monday LGBTQIA+ group (7:00-8:30 PM), a Thursday general group, and a Portland West group (Tuesdays 6:30-8:00 PM). Most groups are offered online via Zoom with some hybrid in-person options.
