The HOPE Program at Hennepin Healthcare provides comprehensive intervention for people experiencing their first episode of psychosis. Using the evidence-based NAVIGATE model, this multidisciplinary program combines psychiatry, psychology, employment and education specialists, and peer support to deliver coordinated specialty care during the critical early period of psychotic disorders.
What to Expect
The HOPE Program provides individualized treatment that may include group therapy, individual therapy, medication management, family education, and supported employment or education services. Group components bring together young adults experiencing similar challenges, reducing isolation and building peer connections. Peer support specialists with lived experience of psychosis are integrated into the treatment team, providing unique understanding and hope for recovery.
