About This Group
The NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group in Boulder County is a free, peer-led support group for adults (18+) living with mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, and more. This group provides a safe, confidential environment where you can share your experiences, gain insight from others on similar journeys, and build meaningful connections with people who understand.
What to Expect
Each session follows NAMI’s structured format and runs approximately 90 minutes. Meetings are facilitated by trained peers with their own lived experience of mental health recovery. Participants are welcome to share as much or as little as they feel comfortable with — there is no pressure to speak. The group focuses on mutual support, encouragement, and practical coping strategies.
