About This Group
NAMI Valley of the Sun provides free peer-led support groups for individuals living with mental health conditions and their family members throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. As the local affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, they offer NAMI Connection Recovery Support Groups for adults with mental health conditions and NAMI Family Support Groups for caregivers and loved ones.
What to Expect
Groups follow a structured format led by trained peer facilitators who have their own lived experience with mental illness or caregiving.
