Narcolepsy & Sleep Disorders Support Group – Online
About This Group
The Narcolepsy & Sleep Disorders Support Group provides peer support for individuals living with narcolepsy, idiopathic hypersomnia, insomnia, and other sleep-wake disorders. Through the Narcolepsy Network and related organizations, this group connects people who understand the daily impact of living with a sleep disorder — from managing excessive daytime sleepiness to navigating work, relationships, and daily life with an often-invisible condition.
What to Expect
Support groups are available online and provide a confidential, understanding environment where participants share their experiences, discuss treatment options, and offer encouragement. Topics may include medication management, coping with fatigue, advocating for workplace accommodations, navigating the diagnostic process, and maintaining relationships. The group also provides access to the latest research updates and clinical information about sleep disorders.
About the Narcolepsy Network

They offer support groups, educational webinars, advocacy, and an annual conference.
