Narcotics Anonymous (NA) Pennsylvania provides free, peer-led recovery support meetings throughout the Commonwealth for individuals struggling with drug addiction. As part of the international NA fellowship, Pennsylvania meetings follow the 12-step program and offer a supportive community of individuals committed to living drug-free lives, one day at a time.

What to Expect

NA meetings in Pennsylvania follow a structured 12-step format where members share their experience, strength, and hope with one another. Meetings are anonymous — no last names are used and what is shared stays in the meeting. New members are welcomed warmly with no pressure to speak. Meeting formats include open discussion, speaker meetings, step study, and literature discussion. Both in-person and virtual meetings are available daily throughout the state.
