About This Group
The Oregon Problem Gambling Resource (OPGR) provides free, confidential treatment and support services for individuals struggling with gambling addiction and their family members throughout Oregon. Along with Gamblers Anonymous Oregon, OPGR offers a 24/7 helpline, individual and group therapy, family counseling, peer support services, and 12-step meetings across the state — all at no cost for up to one year of treatment.
What to Expect
OPGR provides comprehensive gambling addiction treatment including individual therapy, group counseling, family therapy, and peer support services. The 24/7 helpline offers immediate support, information, and referrals. Gamblers Anonymous meetings follow the 12-step format and are available in Portland, Salem, and other locations. The GamTalk online community provides additional peer support between meetings. Treatment is available both virtually and in-person, with sliding scale fees ensuring accessibility.
