About This Group
Wyoming Equality’s Healthcare Access Project (WEHAP) connects LGBTQ+ Wyoming residents with affirming mental health providers, support resources, and community. In a state where finding LGBTQ+-competent healthcare can be extremely challenging, WEHAP maintains a directory of affirming providers and offers direct assistance navigating the healthcare system. Their patient assistance program helps LGBTQ+ individuals find therapists, counselors, and support groups that understand their unique needs.

All WEHAP services are free. Strict confidentiality is maintained, with particular sensitivity to the privacy needs of LGBTQ+ individuals in small communities. Wyoming Equality is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
