About This Group
This support group in Denver is designed for neurodivergent adults, including those on the autism spectrum, with ADHD, or who identify as neurodivergent in other ways. The group provides a safe, understanding space to connect with peers who share similar experiences, discuss the challenges and strengths of neurodivergence, and build community with others who “get it.”
What to Expect
Meetings focus on topics relevant to neurodivergent adults including navigating the workplace and social situations, managing sensory sensitivities, executive functioning strategies, building and maintaining relationships, self-advocacy, and embracing neurodivergent identity. The group environment is intentionally accommodating — sensory needs are respected, and communication preferences are honored.
Who This Group Is For
This group is for adults (18+) who identify as autistic, have ADHD, or are neurodivergent in other ways. Both formally diagnosed and self-identified individuals are welcome. Late-diagnosed adults are especially encouraged to attend.
