About This Service
Colorado Crisis Services provides free, confidential crisis support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for anyone in Colorado experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis. Trained crisis counselors and peer specialists — individuals with their own lived experience of mental health or substance use recovery — are available by phone, text, and live chat to provide immediate support, coping strategies, and connections to local resources.
What to Expect
When you reach out, you will be connected with a trained professional or peer specialist who can help you through your current situation. Peer specialists bring the unique perspective of having navigated their own mental health or substance use challenges. Services are available in multiple languages. Walk-in crisis centers are also available at locations throughout Colorado for in-person support.
