What to Expect
Al-Anon meetings are supportive gatherings where members share how they have been affected by someone else’s drinking and what tools have helped them cope. Meetings last about one hour. There is no pressure to speak, and newcomers are warmly welcomed. The focus is on your own well-being and recovery, not on changing the person who drinks.
Cost & Confidentiality
Al-Anon meetings are free. A voluntary collection covers expenses with no obligation. Anonymity is a core principle—members use first names only and what is shared is confidential.
