DBSA Depression & Bipolar Support Group – Boulder
About This Group
DBSA Boulder offers free, peer-led support groups for individuals experiencing depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood-related challenges. Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been living with a mood disorder for years, this group provides a warm, confidential, and judgment-free environment to share experiences, build connections, and learn from others who truly understand.
What to Expect
Meetings are facilitated by trained peer volunteers with their own lived experience of mood disorders. Sessions typically run 90 minutes and follow DBSA’s peer support model. You are welcome to attend as often as you like, and there is no requirement to speak — listening-only participation is always welcome. Friends and family are welcome to attend on the first Sunday and first Thursday of each month.
