What to Expect

NAMI Dubuque offers Family Support Groups on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, with youth sessions from 5:00–6:00 PM and adult sessions from 6:00–7:30 PM (available virtually). Meetings are led by trained facilitators who guide discussions on coping strategies, resources, and mutual support. The atmosphere is warm, confidential, and understanding — a place where you can speak openly without fear of judgment. NAMI Dubuque also offers a Healing Hearts Grief Group for those processing loss.
