The Rio Grande Region of Narcotics Anonymous (NA) serves New Mexico, southwest Colorado, and the El Paso area with over 170 weekly meetings providing peer support for individuals recovering from drug addiction. NA follows a twelve-step program that empowers members to live drug-free, productive lives through shared experience and mutual support. Meetings are available in communities throughout New Mexico in a variety of formats.
What to Expect
NA meetings typically last one hour and follow formats including open discussion, speaker meetings, step study, and literature study. New members are always welcome and never pressured to share. The atmosphere is supportive and non-judgmental. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using drugs.
