About This Group
Postpartum Support International (PSI) is the world’s leading organization dedicated to perinatal mental health, offering more than 50 free online support groups every week to parents experiencing mood and anxiety disorders during pregnancy and postpartum. PSI’s mission is to ensure that no parent suffers from a perinatal mood or anxiety disorder alone or without access to support. With groups available in English, Spanish, and other languages, PSI serves as a critical safety net for mothers who may not have access to local in-person support.

What to Expect
PSI’s free online support groups meet weekly via Zoom and are facilitated by trained peer support specialists and licensed mental health professionals who specialize in perinatal mental health. Groups are available for specific populations including new moms, moms with anxiety, moms with depression, moms who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss, military moms, moms of multiples, BIPOC moms, LGBTQ+ parents, and more. Each group provides a confidential, nonjudgmental space to share your experience, learn coping strategies, and connect with others who understand what you’re going through. PSI also operates a HelpLine and text line for immediate support.

Who It’s For
Pregnant and postpartum individuals experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders including postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and psychosis. Partners and family members also have dedicated support groups. Available nationally — Colorado residents can access all PSI virtual groups.
