About This Group
OCD Connecticut is an affiliate of the International OCD Foundation, providing support groups, education, and resources for adults, children, and families living with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder throughout Connecticut. They facilitate peer support groups in multiple locations and work to connect people with evidence-based OCD treatment.
What to Expect
Support groups provide a safe, confidential environment for people with OCD to share their experiences, discuss treatment progress (particularly ERP — Exposure and Response Prevention), and support each other. Groups are available for adults and may include educational components about OCD, its treatment, and daily coping strategies. New groups are regularly being started in different areas of the state.

As an IOCDF affiliate, OCD Connecticut is part of a global network dedicated to improving the lives of people with OCD and related disorders. They work to increase awareness of OCD, reduce stigma, and ensure access to evidence-based treatment throughout Connecticut. OCD CT connects the state’s OCD community with national resources while providing locally relevant support.
