AllPaths — Free Infertility & Pregnancy Loss Peer Support Groups
Enrolling now

Finding your way through infertility or pregnancy loss can feel profoundly isolating — like a grief no one around you quite understands. AllPaths Family Building offers something different: a community of people who have been exactly where you are, meeting virtually every month to hold space for the full complexity of the family-building journey.

About This Group

AllPaths Family Building is a Massachusetts-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that has offered free, volunteer-led peer support for the infertility and pregnancy loss community for over a decade. Their virtual groups run more than 20 sessions per month, covering a range of specific experiences — primary infertility, IVF, pregnancy loss, and more. Every group is facilitated by a trained peer volunteer who has navigated a similar path, not a licensed mental health professional. Groups are confidential, drop-in (no commitment required), and meet on a consistent weekly or biweekly schedule.

Specific groups include: Pregnancy Loss (3rd Wednesday 7:30 pm ET), Primary Pregnancy Loss (1st Wednesday 7:30 pm ET), Primary Infertility (2nd Monday 7:30 pm ET and 4th Thursday 7 pm ET), and IVF Group (2nd and 4th Wednesdays 7 pm ET). All times are Eastern.

Who This Is For

AllPaths groups are open to anyone navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, or the challenges of family building — across all types of treatment paths, relationship structures, and backgrounds. While historically oriented toward women’s experiences, the organization welcomes all people who relate to the community’s journey. Adults 18 and older are welcome. You do not need to be local to Massachusetts or any specific region — these groups are fully virtual and serve participants nationally.

What to Expect

Sessions are drop-in, meaning you can attend any meeting without signing up for a series or committing to ongoing attendance. Each group is small and intimate, held via video platform and guided by a facilitator who shares relevant lived experience. There is no clinical intervention and no agenda beyond connection and honest sharing. Groups typically run 60 to 75 minutes. Many participants describe AllPaths groups as the first place they felt truly seen in their grief and hope.

How to Join

New attendees register once at allpathsfb.org to receive session links. Returning attendees can access sessions directly through the support registration page. There is no waitlist and no intake screening required. For questions, contact the AllPaths team at admin@allpathsfb.org or 978-763-6504.

Why Peer Support

Peer support is particularly powerful in the infertility and pregnancy loss space because the grief is often invisible — misunderstood by friends, employers, and even some healthcare providers. Connecting with people who truly get it can reduce isolation, provide practical navigation tips, and remind you that you are not alone in whatever chapter you are in. AllPaths groups have served thousands of people across the country, many of whom return month after month not because they are still struggling, but because the community itself becomes meaningful.
