About This Group
NAMI Westside Los Angeles provides free peer-led support groups, educational programs, and warm line services for individuals and families affected by mental illness on the Westside of Los Angeles. Their warm lines are available in both English and Spanish, providing non-crisis emotional support and resource navigation.
What to Expect
NAMI Westside LA offers NAMI Connection groups for adults with mental health conditions and Family Support Groups for caregivers and loved ones. Groups are led by trained peer facilitators in a safe, confidential environment. They also provide educational programs and their unique warm line services — a phone line staffed by trained volunteers who provide compassionate listening and resource referrals for non-crisis situations.
