About This Group

TESSA’s Domestic Violence Support Group provides a safe, confidential space for survivors of domestic violence and abuse in the Colorado Springs area. Led by trained advocates, this group offers emotional support, practical resources, and connection with others who understand what you’re going through. Whether you are currently in an abusive situation, recently left, or are further along in your healing journey, TESSA is here to help.

What to Expect

Support group sessions are facilitated by experienced TESSA advocates who create a warm, nonjudgmental environment. Participants can share their experiences, learn about the dynamics of domestic violence, explore safety planning, and connect with community resources. You are never required to share — you can simply listen and be present. Every person’s experience is valid and respected.
