For clinicians, peer leaders, and community organizations
Get found by the people who actually need your group.
List your therapy or support group on My Therapy Groups. Free forever for our first 100 founding facilitators. Not a trial, not a teaser, not a bait-and-switch.
Why list here, and not just on the big general directories
If you run a group, you already know the problem. The big directories are built around individual therapists. Cohort start dates, modality filters, sliding-scale fees, and open-vs-closed enrollment are all afterthoughts on those sites, if they exist at all. People who need a group can’t find yours, and you spend half your free time explaining why your DBT skills group isn’t the same thing as a single 50-minute appointment.
My Therapy Groups is the directory that treats your group like a group. Cohort dates, modality, schedule, format, sliding scale, age range, online vs in-person. All first-class fields. People searching for “DBT skills group Denver” or “online grief support Tuesday evening” can actually find you.
What you get as a founding member
- Free forever. Not a 30-day trial. Not free until we change the price. The first 100 facilitators who claim a Founding Member listing keep it free for as long as they keep listing groups with us.
- One group listing with all the structured fields people actually search by: topic, modality, format, schedule, cost, sliding scale, age range, location.
- A Founding Member badge on your profile, so seekers know you were one of the first to invest in this.
- Direct contact. When someone clicks “Contact Group” on your listing, they reach you directly. We don’t sit in the middle.
- No surprise charges. If we ever build a paid tier with features you’d want, founding members get those features included. Still free.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t sell leads. Facilitators pay for visibility, not for someone’s inquiry. When a seeker reaches out about your group, that conversation is yours. We don’t gate it, we don’t charge per inquiry, we don’t resell the contact.
We also don’t vet, supervise, or endorse the groups listed here. You write your own listing. You set your own scope. We make you findable. The directory is exactly what it says on the tin.
How it works
- Fill in the four fields below. Two minutes. No credit card.
- We email you a link to add your group’s full details (schedule, cost, format, etc.).
- Click publish. Most facilitators are live within 24 hours.

Frequently asked questions
Is this really free forever? Yes. We will eventually launch paid tiers (Standard and Featured) with extra capacity and placement. Founding members keep their original free listing as long as they keep listing groups. If you grow and want more listings, you’d move to a paid plan. The first listing always stays free for founding members.
What if I have multiple groups? Founding Member covers one listing. If you run several groups and want them all listed, we’ll have a Standard tier ($29/month, up to five listings) coming soon. You can start with the free tier today and upgrade when you’re ready.
Will my listing be reviewed or vetted? No. You write your listing. We don’t fact-check or supervise it. Seekers see what you’ve written, and the disclaimer on every page makes that clear. Your credentials and licensure are yours to manage. We ask you to list them honestly because the people coming to you trust that.
Can I pause or remove my listing? Yes, anytime. There’s a one-click “hide” toggle on your listing dashboard, and a “delete” option if you want it gone entirely.
What happens after the first 100? The Founding Member tier closes. New facilitators join at the Standard tier ($29/month) or Featured tier ($79/month). If you’re a founding member, your terms don’t change. You stay on the free founding tier as long as you keep an active listing.
What’s the catch? There isn’t one. We’re early. We need verified clinicians and group leaders to make this directory useful for the people who search it. You get free visibility while we grow; we get a credible roster of groups for seekers to find. That’s the trade.
How is this different from other therapist directories? The major general directories are built around individual therapists, with a flat fee per profile. Their group listings are an afterthought. We’re built around groups specifically. We also don’t sell leads or charge per inquiry. Your client conversations are yours.
Why I built this
I’m Stephanie Smith, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Denver. For years I watched colleagues fill their 1:1 caseloads in two weeks and run their DBT and grief groups at half capacity for months. People who needed a group couldn’t find one, and clinicians who ran great groups couldn’t get them found.
My Therapy Groups is the directory I wish had existed when I started running groups. Built around how groups actually work. Free for the people who got here first. No leads-as-product, no surprise upsell, no marketing fluff. Just a way for people to find your group.
If you have a group worth filling, scroll up and claim your spot.

A note on what we do (and don’t). My Therapy Groups is a directory. Group leaders write their own listings, and we don’t vet, supervise, or endorse them. We’re not a clinic, and we don’t guarantee outcomes. That’s the group’s work, not ours.
