About This Group

The DBSA Denver support group is a free, peer-led meeting for individuals experiencing depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood-related conditions. This group offers a welcoming, confidential space where you can share your experiences, hear from others on similar journeys, and gain practical strategies for managing your mental health — all without judgment.

What to Expect

Meetings are facilitated by trained peer volunteers with their own lived experience of mood disorders. Sessions follow DBSA’s peer support model and typically last about one hour. You are welcome to attend as often or as infrequently as you like, and there is no requirement to speak — listening-only participation is perfectly welcome. This is not group therapy; it is peer-based mutual support.
