DBSA Nashua (Depression & Bipolar Support Alliance) is a free, peer-led support group for anyone living with depression, bipolar disorder, or related mood disorders in the Nashua area. Meeting weekly on Thursday evenings, the group provides a safe, confidential space for sharing experiences and finding mutual support. No collections or donations are required — all sessions are completely free.

What to Expect

DBSA Nashua meets every Thursday from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Meetings are peer-led and follow a structured format that includes check-ins, topic discussions, and open sharing time. The atmosphere is welcoming and non-judgmental. Participants discuss their experiences with mood disorders, share coping strategies, and provide mutual encouragement. Both individuals with mood disorders and their support persons are welcome. New members can attend any meeting without prior registration.
