DBSA Tennessee – Depression & Bipolar Support Groups
About This Group
The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) of Tennessee offers free peer-led support groups for individuals living with depression, bipolar disorder, and related mood conditions across the state. Groups provide a safe, supportive environment where participants share experiences, coping strategies, and encouragement with others who understand what it’s like to live with a mood disorder.
What to Expect
DBSA groups follow a structured peer-led format. Sessions include check-ins, topic discussions, and mutual support. Meetings are facilitated by trained peers who live with mood disorders themselves. Dual diagnosis groups are available for individuals managing mood disorders alongside substance use. No therapists lead the groups — the power comes from shared experience.
About DBSA Tennessee
