DBSA Treasure Valley offers multiple free peer-run support groups for individuals living with depression and bipolar disorder in the Boise area. The chapter provides both a General Peers group meeting twice weekly and a Women’s Group meeting on Saturdays, ensuring accessible support for the Boise community with flexible scheduling options.

What to Expect

DBSA meetings are facilitated by peers with lived experience of mood disorders. The General Peers group meets Tuesdays (7:00-8:15 PM) and Fridays (12:00-1:15 PM), providing two convenient time options each week. The Women’s Group meets Saturdays (12:00-1:30 PM) in a women-only format. Sessions offer a confidential, supportive environment for discussing experiences with depression and bipolar disorder, sharing coping strategies, and building peer connections. No registration required.
