About This Group

This support group is for individuals living with dissociative identity disorder (DID), dissociative disorders, and complex trauma. Facilitated through the resources of An Infinite Mind and connected peer networks, this group provides a safe, compassionate space where participants can share their experiences, learn coping strategies, and connect with others who understand the unique challenges of living with dissociation.

What to Expect

Sessions are peer-supported and focus on building community, reducing isolation, and sharing practical tools for managing dissociative symptoms in daily life. Topics may include grounding techniques, internal communication, managing triggers, navigating relationships, and working with treatment providers. The group emphasizes safety, respect, and confidentiality. Sharing is always voluntary — you are welcome to listen and participate at your own pace.
