Free CHADD of Seattle ADHD Peer Support — In-Person & Virtual
CHADD of Seattle is the Puget Sound regional CHADD chapter serving adults with ADHD, parents of children with ADHD, and families affected by ADHD across the Seattle metro area. The chapter runs both regular peer support groups and monthly speaker meetings featuring ADHD clinicians, coaches, and researchers.
What to Expect
Monthly speaker meetings cover specific ADHD topics (executive function, medication management, ADHD and women, ADHD in the workplace, ADHD parenting) with Q&A. Weekly peer support groups offer ongoing connection with other adults living with ADHD and parents navigating their child’s ADHD. The chapter also hosts adult social events that build community beyond formal meetings.
Meeting Formats
Hybrid: most meetings are offered both in-person (Seattle area venues) and via Zoom for members across the broader Pacific Northwest. The chapter has a strong online presence and welcomes members from Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska where local options are limited. Check seattlechadd.com for the current monthly calendar.
Who This Is For
Seattle-area adults with ADHD, parents and caregivers of children or teens with ADHD, partners of adults with ADHD. The chapter is welcoming to newly-diagnosed adults, late-diagnosis women, and parents whose child was just identified.
