Based in Burlington, Howard Center provides a comprehensive range of mental health, substance use, and developmental disability services. What Groups Are Offered?
Howard Center offers therapeutic group programming including DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills groups, trauma processing groups, substance use recovery groups, anxiety and depression management groups, family therapy groups, and children’s play therapy groups. The Mental Health Urgent Care center provides immediate walk-in crisis counseling. Groups are facilitated by licensed clinicians using evidence-based approaches tailored to each population’s needs.
