OCD New Hampshire – Virtual OCD & Anxiety Support Groups
About This Group
OCD New Hampshire is an IOCDF (International OCD Foundation) affiliate offering free virtual support groups for the OCD community. Multiple groups serve different populations including adults with OCD, parents of children with OCD/anxiety, teens ages 13-17, and family/friends of adults with OCD. As a virtual service, groups are accessible to anyone in New Hampshire regardless of location.
What to Expect
OCD New Hampshire offers multiple support group options via Zoom. The Adult OCD Support Group meets Thursdays from 8:00-9:30pm EST. The Parents of Anxious Kids group meets the 2nd Tuesday monthly at 8:00pm. The Family & Friends group meets the 3rd Monday monthly at 7:00pm. The Teen OCD Group (ages 13-17) meets the 3rd Wednesday monthly at 7:00pm. Groups provide peer support, psychoeducation, and a safe space to discuss OCD challenges and recovery.

OCD New Hampshire is a volunteer-run affiliate of the International OCD Foundation dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by OCD and related anxiety disorders in New Hampshire and beyond.
