OCD Seattle Support Group (Seattle, WA)
About OCD Seattle Support Group
The OCD Seattle Support Group provides free monthly peer support meetings for individuals living with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Hoarding Disorder, and related conditions, as well as their family members. The group offers a supportive community where people affected by OCD can share experiences, learn from one another, and reduce the isolation that often accompanies these conditions.
What Groups Are Offered?
OCD Seattle hosts a monthly support group meeting with an open discussion format where participants share their experiences with OCD, hoarding, and related anxiety disorders. The group welcomes both individuals with OCD and their family members, recognizing that OCD affects the entire family system. Discussions cover coping strategies, treatment experiences, managing intrusive thoughts, and supporting loved ones with OCD.
Who Can Join?
The group is open to anyone affected by OCD, Hoarding Disorder, or related conditions—whether you have the condition yourself or are a family member or loved one. No diagnosis, referral, or treatment requirement is needed to attend. All levels of OCD severity and all stages of treatment are welcome.
Meeting Schedule & Location
The group meets on the third Saturday of each month from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Both in-person (Seattle location) and online options are available. Check the OCD Seattle website for current meeting details.
