Sober AF Entertainment (SAFE) is a Colorado-based organization that creates designated sober sections at concerts, sporting events, and festivals across the state. SAFE was born from a simple but powerful idea: people in recovery and those who choose not to drink shouldn’t have to miss out on live entertainment. By partnering with venues and event organizers, SAFE carves out substance-free spaces within popular events — including shows at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Colorado Rockies games, and major festivals — so the sober community can enjoy world-class entertainment surrounded by people who share their values.
What to Expect
When you attend a SAFE event, you’ll be seated in a designated sober section alongside other sober and sober-curious attendees. The experience is the same incredible concert, game, or festival everyone else enjoys — just without the pressure to drink. SAFE events often include a pre-show meetup where you can connect with other members of the sober community before the main event. Past events have featured shows at Red Rocks, Rockies baseball games, comedy shows, and music festivals. SAFE also hosts its own standalone sober social events.
