About This Group
This support group provides a compassionate, confidential space for individuals who have lost a loved one to suicide. Grief after suicide loss is unique — it often comes with complex emotions including guilt, confusion, anger, and profound sadness. This group connects you with others who have experienced similar losses and understand the specific challenges of suicide bereavement.
What to Expect
Support groups for suicide loss survivors are facilitated by trained professionals or peers who have navigated their own journey of healing after losing someone to suicide. Meetings provide a safe space to share your story, process your grief, and learn coping strategies. You are welcome to attend at your own pace and share only what feels comfortable.
About HeartLight Center
HeartLight Center provides specialized grief support for individuals affected by suicide loss. They offer both new-loss groups (for those in the early stages of grief) and longer-term groups (for those more than one year post-loss), recognizing that healing happens on its own timeline.
Meeting Schedule
In-Person: 4th Monday of each month at 4:00 PM
In-Person (1+ Year Post-Loss): 2nd Monday of each month at 4:00 PM
Virtual: 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM MT
Virtual: 4th Thursday of each month at 4:00 PM MT
