Wyoming First Responders Network (WyEAP) – Statewide
About This Group
Wyoming’s First Responders Network, operating through the Wyoming Employee Assistance Program (WyEAP), provides specialized mental health counseling for law enforcement, firefighters, EMS workers, and other first responders across the state. What to Expect
WyEAP therapists specialize in first responder culture and understand the unique stressors of the profession. Sessions are completely confidential and separate from any department oversight. Therapists are trained in evidence-based trauma treatments including EMDR, cognitive processing therapy, and prolonged exposure therapy. The program recognizes that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Cost & Confidentiality
Services are provided at no cost to eligible first responders. Complete confidentiality is maintained — no information is shared with employers or departments. WyEAP operates independently from any law enforcement or fire agency.
