CADDAC Wednesday Adult ADHD Peer-Led Support Group
The CADDAC Wednesday Adult ADHD Peer-Led Support Group is a free virtual gathering offered by the Centre for ADHD Awareness, Canada (CADDAC) — one of North America’s leading ADHD advocacy organizations. This peer-led group brings together adults living with ADHD in a warm, structured environment where shared experience is the foundation for connection and growth.
Facilitated by adults who live with ADHD themselves, the group offers a space to talk openly about the everyday realities of managing attention, executive function challenges, relationships, and work. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have known about your ADHD for years, you’ll find others who genuinely understand what you’re navigating.
Each session explores practical coping strategies, personal victories, and honest conversations about what ADHD looks like in daily adult life. The peer-led format means no clinical hierarchy — just real people sharing real experiences in a non-judgmental, affirming space.
Meetings are held virtually via video conference, making the group accessible from anywhere. Registration is required and the group is open to all adults with ADHD regardless of location. There is no cost to attend.
Who it’s for: Adults diagnosed with or exploring an ADHD diagnosis who want peer connection and practical, lived-experience conversation.
Format: Virtual • Cost: Free • Frequency: Monthly • Registration: Required — contact CADDAC to register
