About This Group

The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) National Capital Area Chapter provides peer-led support groups for individuals living with depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders. What to Expect

DBSA support groups follow a structured peer-led format where participants share experiences and discuss strategies for managing mood disorders.
