About This Group

Don’t Clock Out is a nonprofit founded and led by healthcare workers to support colleagues through burnout, moral distress, and the emotional weight of care work. Its interdisciplinary peer support group meets online every Monday from 8:00 to 9:00 PM Eastern (5:00 PM Pacific) and welcomes healthcare workers, mental health workers, care workers, and students in any healthcare field.

What to Expect

Groups are facilitated by peers with lived experience in healthcare, not by outside clinicians. Participants can speak, stay on camera or off, or share in the chat; quiet listening is fine, though the space is designed for participation rather than observation. A $10 donation is suggested and no one is turned away for lack of funds.

Who This Is For

Anyone working in healthcare, from bedside staff to mental health professionals to students, who is carrying burnout, moral distress, or the accumulated weight of the work.
