Free CHADD of Ohio ADHD Peer Support — Columbus, Cincinnati, Toledo
CHADD of Ohio is the statewide CHADD affiliate that coordinates peer support for adults with ADHD and families across Ohio. The chapter operates from Westerville (Columbus area) and has branch chapters serving Cincinnati and Toledo — giving Ohio members multiple in-person options alongside statewide virtual programming.
What to Expect
Monthly peer support meetings where members share strategies for managing ADHD — executive function tools, time management, sleep, medication conversations, accommodations at work and school, parenting children with ADHD, and navigating co-occurring anxiety or depression. Some meetings are topic-focused; others are open peer support format.
Meeting Formats
