Free Philadelphia CHADD ADHD Peer Support — Pennsylvania

Philadelphia CHADD serves adults with ADHD, parents of children with ADHD, and families across the City of Philadelphia and surrounding counties. The chapter is part of a broader Philadelphia-area CHADD network that includes BuxMont CHADD (Bucks/Montgomery counties) and Chester County/Main Line CHADD, giving members multiple options for in-person and virtual meetings.

What to Expect

Monthly peer support meetings where members share strategies and experiences related to executive function, time management, work and school accommodations, parenting children with ADHD, medication, and co-occurring conditions like anxiety. Meetings combine open discussion with periodic topic talks from local ADHD coaches and clinicians.

Meeting Formats

Philadelphia CHADD meetings are offered in-person at Philadelphia-area venues and many are recorded or live-streamed for members who cannot attend in person. The Philadelphia-area CHADD network also coordinates so that members can attend meetings hosted by BuxMont CHADD or Chester County CHADD when timing fits better. Check chadd.net/chapter/490 for the current Philadelphia chapter calendar.

Who This Is For

Adults with ADHD living in or near Philadelphia, parents and caregivers of children or teens with ADHD, partners of adults with ADHD, and adult family members affected by ADHD in the household. No diagnosis required to attend.
