About This Group
GriefShare is a nationally recognized grief recovery support group program with dozens of meeting locations throughout California. These groups provide a caring community where people grieving the death of a family member or friend can find help and healing through video-based sessions, group discussion, and a personal workbook.
What to Expect
Each GriefShare session includes a video seminar featuring grief recovery experts and real stories from people who have experienced loss, followed by small group discussion. The 13-week program covers topics including the journey of grief, effects of grief, guilt and anger, depression, loneliness, and moving forward. You can join at any point in the cycle — each session is self-contained.
