Living Beyond Cancer: General Post-Treatment Survivorship Support Group is for cancer survivors who have completed active treatment and are navigating the complex transition into life after cancer. While finishing treatment is a milestone worth celebrating, many survivors find that the emotional, physical, and practical challenges don’t end when treatment does. This professionally led group provides a safe space to process those challenges and build a meaningful path forward.
What to Expect
Sessions are facilitated by a licensed mental health professional and cover a range of survivorship topics including managing fear of recurrence, coping with long-term side effects, adjusting to a “new normal,” rebuilding confidence, and finding purpose after cancer. The group combines emotional support with practical strategies and peer connection. You’ll be surrounded by people who understand what it’s like to move forward after cancer.
