What to Expect
Netcare Access provides immediate crisis intervention through its 24/7 phone line, text, and chat services. The Crisis Stabilization Unit offers short-term residential stabilization for individuals in acute mental health or substance use crisis. Miles House provides additional residential support. Community-based services include ongoing case management, substance use assessment, trauma-informed care, and connections to long-term treatment. All services are designed to stabilize individuals in crisis and connect them with appropriate ongoing care.
