Living With Cancer: A Group for Older Adults 65+ is a professionally led support group for adults age 65 and older who are receiving active cancer treatment. Whether you are undergoing surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, hormonal therapy, or advanced treatments, this group provides a safe and understanding space to share your experiences, exchange support, and discuss the unique challenges of living with a cancer diagnosis at this stage of life.

What to Expect

This is a 12-week structured program facilitated by a licensed mental health professional. Sessions include guided discussion, emotional support, and practical strategies for coping with treatment side effects, managing daily life, and maintaining quality of life during active treatment. The group offers a warm, welcoming environment where participants can speak openly and learn from one another’s experiences.
