Meredith Vasquez- LCSW, LAC, ACS
Hello, I’m Meredith. My approach to therapy comes from a systems-focused and attachment lens, which means I look at how different parts of your life and relationships interact and impact your well-being. I believe in the power of understanding these connections to foster healing and growth.
Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working in various settings including non-profits, residential treatment centers, criminal justice, outpatient care, and schools. These experiences have shaped my understanding and approach to therapy, allowing me to support clients from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of needs. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Licensed Addictions Counselor, and an Approved Clinical Supervisor, which means I also provide guidance and support to other mental health professionals.
I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complexities of addiction, ADHD, depression, family relationships, grief, stress, trauma, and more. I particularly enjoy working with teens and young adults who are going through some of the most challenging years of their lives. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, anger management issues, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or life transitions, I’m here to help.
In our sessions, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore your feelings and experiences together. My goal is to help you understand yourself better and develop the tools you need to manage life’s challenges. I know that reaching out for help can be difficult, but taking that first step is a sign of strength and courage.
If you’re ready to start your journey towards healing and growth, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Let’s work together to create a brighter future.
