NAMI Baton Rouge provides free peer-led support groups for individuals living with mental health conditions and their families in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana area. With meetings on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays in person and the 3rd Tuesday via Zoom, NAMI Baton Rouge offers consistent, accessible mental health peer support.
What to Expect
NAMI Baton Rouge support groups meet at University Presbyterian Church on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from 7:00–8:30 PM, with a virtual Zoom option on the 3rd Tuesday. Meetings are facilitated by trained peer leaders and provide a confidential, supportive environment for sharing experiences, learning coping strategies, and connecting with others who understand. Both individuals with mental health conditions and family members are welcome.

NAMI Baton Rouge is an affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, serving the Baton Rouge community through peer support, education, and advocacy. They work to improve the lives of individuals and families affected by mental illness while reducing stigma in the community.
